Hear more from our team members about why UnityPoint Health is a great place to work at https://dayinthelife.unitypoint.org Overview RN Clinic Full-Time; FTE 1.0 Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm Rock Island, IL The Registered Nurse (Clinic) is supervised by the Manager, Clinical Community Support Community Support Program and provides care to clients utilizing the Robert Young Center principles of Trauma Informed Care. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides case management services to severely mentally ill adults. These services include but are not limited to assessments, treatment planning, supportive counseling, medication monitoring, and linkage with various community resources. The RN functions as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) according to the Illinois Register Department of Healthcare and Family Services 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140, and provides supervision to Mental Health Professionals (MHP) and may train students assigned in the department. The RN delivers customer service and works cooperatively with other departments. The RN provides crisis intervention, maintains accurate clinical documentation, and demonstrates Trinity's principles and values when interacting with clients, families, visitors, physicians and coworkers.
