Register today by following this link: qrco.de/bffvep GENERAL SUMMARY: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus Full Time Benefit Eligible Shift: FT 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hour day shift with on call obligations, 30 minute response time for on call activations Cross training opportunities are available for Radiologic Technologists who are interested in pursuing a career in IR Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients. - Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately. - Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations. - Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted. - Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. - Able to perform all specialized imaging procedures such as angio, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures, along with assisting the Radiologist/PA. - Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards. CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED:
o Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. o Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. o Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
