Compensation Manager

You will direct the design, implementation and administration of the compensation program to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will maintain the job architecture, maintain external benchmarking and salary survey participation, and support the quarterly and annual sales incentive plan process. You will provide analysis and senior human resources expertise and project management oversight on key initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Manage dailycompensationoperationsincluding administration ofcompensationplans,market pricing, andprovidingjob analysisguidance.

  • Administer all comp processes through Workday.

  • Leveragestrong qualitative and analyticalskillstoprovidedata manipulation, querying, and reportingsupport.

  • Partner withHRISasaWorkday compensation modulesubject matter expert.

  • Identifykey improvements to compensation plan fundamentals to improve efficiency, increase automation, andleveragenew tools and best practices.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on various compensation-related projects to support talent management goalsand key businessinitiatives.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Human Resource Managementor equivalent experience.

  • 5years'progressivehumanresourcesexperience.

  • Working knowledgeof employee compensation practices, including job analysis, documentation, evaluation, equity analysis, market pricing, costing, Salaried structure design, merit programs, and other total reward programs.

  • Advanced Excelskills

  • Workday compensation model experience

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) a plus.

  • Experiencedesignandmanagementofsales incentive programs.
