As a Shop Technician, you'll be hands-on in aerospace production, playing a critical role in assembling, fabricating, and verifying high-performance parts that exceed customer expectations.

Assemble & fabricate components with precision and attention to detail

Operate machinery & tools to build aerospace and defense products

Read blueprints & job orders to ensure accuracy in production

Perform quality checks to guarantee top-tier manufacturing standards

Work alongside industry experts to develop your technical skills

Hands-on skills-experience with hand tools & calibrators

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent training/experience)

Ability to read & follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions

Basic math proficiency-add, subtract, multiply, and divide with ease

Problem-solving mindset-comfortable handling real-world manufacturing challenges
