Job Description Role - TRIRIGA IWMS Engineer Location - Phoenix, Arizona Experience Required - 8-10 years Job Summary The TRIRIGA IWMS Engineer will configure, customize, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with a primary focus on the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation capabilities. This technical role will support reservation workflows, reporting, SQL-based analysis, system integrations, production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution across the integrated environment. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA Expertise in TRIRIGA Reports Expertise in SQL Hands-on integration experience Experience with Microsoft 365 Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Experience with the TRIRIGA Reserve module is an added advantage Roles & Responsibilities Configure, customize, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with primary responsibility for the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation capabilities. Implement and maintain reservation workflows for workspaces, conference rooms, shared resources, availability rules, booking policies, and user notifications. Integrate the workplace reservation system with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Active Directory. Configure and administer single sign-on, role-based access, security groups, user provisioning, room mailboxes, resource calendars, permissions, and booking policies. Develop, enhance, and maintain TRIRIGA reports and operational dashboards for reservation, occupancy, utilization, and system-performance information. Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and analysis while maintaining data integrity and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve TRIRIGA, authentication, synchronization, calendar, connectivity, reporting, and reservation issues. Support testing, release validation, production deployments, system monitoring, incident resolution, and technical documentation.
