Job Title: SAP Migration Architect

Job Summary:

• 10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Data Migration & Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, SAP ECC, and SAP data conversion.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC/LTMOM, and data migration tools.
• Experience designing end-to-end migration strategies, roadmaps, and cutover plans.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience migrating master and transactional data across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud/On-Premise migration projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, migration testing, mock loads, and production cutover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP data migration strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration.
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing processes.
• Develop and execute migration testing plans and mock loads.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on data migration and transformation.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC migrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
