Security Support Specialist (Junior)

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a Security Support Specialist to support a customer agency in the National Capital Region.

,The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $70,000- $75,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. • Serves as a custodian of classified information management protocols supporting customer security office.
• Establishes, maintains, and enforces security procedures to safeguard SCI and SAP material while enabling appropriate access for authorized personnel.
• Conducts security inspections of secure facilities; manages secure facilities and access control;
• Delivers security briefings, new-employee briefings, and exit interviews/briefings;
• Processes clearance actions in DISS and related systems;
• Conducts SCIF visitor control and Visit Authorization Requests (VARs);
• Acts as liaison with external security entities
• Maintains documentation of security incidents and mitigation measures. May be required to work shifts or outside core hours.
