Senior Research Operations Manager

Enterprise retailer in Bentonville, AR is hiring a Senior Research Operations Manager. This role will report to the Design Operations lead and work closely with the Sr Director of Research and partners across Design, Product, Technology, Privacy, Legal, Procurement, and other areas of the business.

This role is ONSITE in Bentonville, AR and requires (paid) relocation within the first few months of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise researchers on the best recruitment approach: UserTesting, dscout, panels, associates, sellers, drivers, vendors, or direct outreach.

Support screeners, quotas, scheduling, incentives, no-shows, replacements, and participant communications.

Coordinate with recruitment vendors and resolve quality, feasibility, or timeline issues.

Ensure outreach, consent, incentives, and PII handling follow approved privacy and compliance practices.

Track recruitment speed, cost, show rates, and participant quality to improve processes.

Create playbooks, templates, training, and office hours so researchers can recruit confidently and consistently.

Forecast upcoming demand and flag needs for incentives, panel access, vendor support, or platform capacity.

Preferred experience: 5+ years in Research Operations, UX Research, market research, participant recruiting, or research program coordination.

Required experience: Demonstrated experience managing research participants or recruiting workflows, multiple projects, vendors, and sensitive participant data
