Your Role in Our Mission Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills; adept at managing competing priorities and tight deadlines Collaborative leader who fosters cross-functional alignment and drives results through influence and partnership. Sets and drives the strategic direction for the accounting organization reporting to this role, partnering with other accounting leaders to align priorities, strengthen capabilities, and deliver consistent outcomes across the broader accounting function. Decisive thinker while working collaboratively with peers to facilitate a team approach to problem solving Able to comprehend complex business situations and apply knowledge to advise accounting treatment Passionate about developing talent-invests in coaching, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities to build a high-performing, future-ready team Stay current on best practices and latest thinking regarding accounting treatment and financial risk. Clear and professional communications to a range of cultures and backgrounds What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in accounting; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role. Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Proven experience with large ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics or AX is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in financial controls, risk management, and compliance.
