Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
10+ years of experience in IT delivery, software development, and project management. *
5+ years of experience managing large-scale application development, digital transformation, or data engineering projects. *
Strong experience managing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models. *
Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Application technologies. *
Experience managing cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and Production Support teams. *
Proven experience in project planning, execution, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. *
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or ServiceNow. *
Experience managing risks, dependencies, issues, change requests, and stakeholder communications. *
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes. *
Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams. *
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred. *
Experience managing projects in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, Retail, or similar domains. *
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year
