The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items while maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, consistency, and sanitation throughout our luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property.

Key responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining proper food temperatures, organizing and stocking assigned stations, and ensuring timely execution of food orders for restaurant, room service, and banquet operations as needed.

The Line Cook will work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Culinary team to maintain efficient kitchen operations, minimize food waste, support inventory controls, and ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, proper labeling, storage, and first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures.
