AtConsulting for Human Services (CFHS)we are seeking a part-time Head of Growth and Partnerships to join our team.

Position Details

The Head of Growth and Partnerships will lead business development efforts and manage key client relationships.Responsible foridentifying, cultivating, and closing new client opportunities.The Head of Growth and Partnership will focus on business development, strategic alliances, client relationshipmanagementand revenue expansionin the nonprofit human services sector.Serve as a billable consultant onassigned projects.

Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, human services, or healthcare.
• 15 + Years experience in consulting, human services and/or healthcare
  
  
  
  • 7+ years experience in consulting, non-profit leadership and strategic growth roles in human Services, behavioral health, SUD, IDD, and/or healthcare.
  • 7+ years supervisory/managerial experience in consulting, human services, and/or healthcare.
