Agentic AI Responsibilities * Define and execute the AI strategy for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. * Architect and implement AI agents using Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and Azure OpenAI. * Deliver AI-driven automation solutions targeting measurable improvements in productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency. * Lead AI innovation initiatives, PoCs, and enterprise-scale deployments. * Establish governance, security, and Responsible AI standards for all AI solutions. * Mentor teams on agentic AI architecture, prompting strategies, and AI best practices. * Drive adoption of AI capabilities with measurable business outcomes, including reduced manual effort, faster case resolution, and improved user satisfaction.
