Contracts Program Manager

Contracts Program Manager - Supplier/Vendor Management (Onsite)

* Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliers

* Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component/server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness

* Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders

* Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy, tracking, and timely execution

* Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement/transactions

* Ensure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverables

* Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and operations

* Maintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycle

Basic Requirements:

* Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking, prioritization, stakeholder coordination)

* Experience working with supplier/vendor contracts and SOWs

* Familiarity with Icertis and legal/contract workflows (CELA) preferred

* PST support. Prefer Seattle locals - work from MSFT office once a week

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
