As a highly visible front-of-house role, this position serves as an ambassador for our workplace and brand. Professional presentation is an important component of delivering an exceptional experience, and branded corporate attire is provided to support a polished, consistent, and client-ready appearance aligned with our culture and hospitality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of a vibrant workplace, takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for others, and finds fulfillment in helping a team and office thrive.

  • Monitor and replenish hospitality supplies, snacks, beverages, office materials, and inventory
  • Support onboarding experiences through workspace preparation and office tours
  • Demonstrate hands-on ownership of workplace excellence, assisting with room resets, stocking, organizing, light lifting, and other operational needs as required to support the team and workplace

Employee Experience, Events & Communications

  • Lead and support workplace employee engagement initiatives, workplace programs, office celebrations, recognition activities, and office-wide community-building events
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of client meetings and workplace experiences from concept through completion
  • Manage workplace event logistics, vendor coordination, hospitality services, setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up
  • Create and distribute a monthly office newsletter highlighting workplace updates, upcoming events, employee milestones, office resources, and community engagement opportunities
  • Partner with office leadership, Synergy groups, and committees to foster connection, engagement, and culture throughout the office
  • Help create a workplace environment that is welcoming, energetic, inclusive, and reflective of our values, contributing to a vibrant culture where employees feel connected, supported, and excited to be in the office

Team Partnership & Shared Accountability

  • Collaborate with the Workplace Experience Leader and Facilities Coordinator to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Share responsibility for front-of-house coverage, guest services, workplace events, hospitality support, and operational readiness

  • Comfortable balancing both strategic responsibilities and hands-on execution
  • A polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • You understand the importance of professional presentation and take pride in representing the firm's brand through exceptional service, communication, and appearance
