We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted partner to two senior healthcare executives, helping to coordinate priorities, manage complex schedules, facilitate communication, and support initiatives that directly impact patient care, clinical excellence, and organizational success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive priorities for the CNO and CMO.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, committees, and special projects across nursing, medical staff, and hospital operations.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for physicians, nursing leaders, administrators, and external stakeholders.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on critical initiatives.
  • Arrange travel, events, and executive-level communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
