Aquent is partnering with a leading organization that is at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology and data to optimize critical business functions. This company is committed to operational excellence and continuously seeks to enhance its customer experience through intelligent solutions. Join a team where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping the future of business operations, driving efficiency, and delivering tangible value.

We are seeking a dynamic and impactful individual to step into a pivotal role, driving the delivery of analytics-driven business capabilities across core operational areas. In this position, you will be instrumental in transforming complex business needs into actionable, high-value data products, directly influencing how the organization operates and serves its customers. Your work will empower teams, enhance decision-making, and create measurable improvements across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an Agile development pod focused on delivering sophisticated analytics capabilities, owning the product vision, strategic roadmap, and meticulously prioritized backlog.
  • Craft detailed epics, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure clarity.
  • Drive end-to-end analytics delivery, collaborating closely with analytics, data engineering, and technology teams from initial business discovery and requirements gathering through user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful production rollout.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders across various operational units, including Credit & Collections, Contact Center, and Back Office teams, to pinpoint operational friction points, deeply understand customer journeys, and deliver measurable operational value through data solutions.
  • Develop a robust understanding of critical operational datasets, including core platform data like Oracle CC&B and other enterprise systems, to accurately define data requirements and dependencies.
  • Facilitate core Agile sprint ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, actively unblocking team dependencies, managing delivery trade-offs, and providing clear status and metrics reporting to leadership.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or Product Manager, specifically leading an Agile development pod.
  • A proven track record in analytics delivery, demonstrating direct experience taking analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or other data-driven use cases from initial requirements through to production rollout. Candidates whose experience is solely in general software/application product ownership without a strong data/analytics focus will not be considered.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience utilizing Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence for managing backlogs, sprint cycles, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively bridge the communication gap between non-technical business stakeholders and technical data/engineering teams.
  • Experience working with complex enterprise data across multiple backend systems or sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain experience supporting Customer Service, Customer Operations, Contact Centers, Credit & Collections, or Back Office units.
  • Exposure to Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) or comparable customer information platforms.
  • Work history within industries such as utilities, energy, telecommunications, financial services, or similar complex enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments, business intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or Power BI, or data modeling concepts.
