Your Job Our INVISTA site in Victoria, TX is seeking a Fixed Equipment Mechanical Engineer to provide technical expertise and leadership across mechanical integrity, asset reliability, and equipment strategies while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve safety, reliability, and operational performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing others, developing sustainable improvements, and creating value through technical expertise and leadership. Our Team Our Fixed Equipment Reliability team partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and reliability organizations to improve asset reliability, equipment integrity, and operational performance. In this role, you will collaborate with site-based teams while also working closely with a broader network of fixed equipment subject matter experts across the organization. The team shares knowledge, solves complex equipment challenges, and helps strengthen reliability programs across multiple manufacturing sites. What You Will Do
