Overview
Microsoft is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to help shape how we build, operate, and scale AI-powered digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, customer experience, and technology, and is focused on making Microsoft's web ecosystem faster, more automated, and more efficient to run. As part of the Web Operations organization, you will run cross-functional programs across content, web platforms, and AI-powered workflows. You will partner closely with Marketing, UX, Design, Brand, Engineering, and Product teams to turn business requirements into scalable, operational solutions that hold up at enterprise scale. We are looking for a technically fluent program manager with experience in AI, prompt engineering, agent-based technologies, and modern Microsoft AI platforms - someone who can apply those capabilities to real operational problems and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
