Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory upkeep under the guidance of the PI and assist with molecular virology and cell culture tasks as needed. Working with DNA, RNA, and protein analysis, as well as cell culture. Qualifications Understanding of basic methods such as DNA cloning, RNA synthesis, RNA isolation, RT-qPCR, and western blotting Familiarity with basic techniques in microbiology and virology Ability to perform proper sterilization and maintain aseptic conditions Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people Ability to organize and maintain research data Required Documents Along with the online application, please attach: Resume/CV to be uploaded at the beginning of your application in the Candidate Profile under "Resume/CV" Names and contact information for three (3) references familiar with your work, to be entered at the beginning of your application into the Candidate Profile Document size may not exceed 10 MB.
