Description

Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP) in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a full time Clinic Coordinator to serve as a key member of the administrative support team.

Candidate must have



  • Experience in a high-paced environment and a demonstrated proficiency in insurance verifications, scheduling protocols, and administrative duties.
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience in a health care/human services, scheduling, or medical/rehab office role.
  • Successful experience working with an electronic medical records system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
  • Education and/or experience in a healthcare related field. Prior experience working with persons with brain injuries and/or intellectual disabilities all pluses.


What you'll be doing:



  • Gather and upload related assigned administrative paperwork to the Electronics Health Records system.
  • Track and maintain attendance/visits with accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate scheduling of clients for multiple programs.
  • Facilitate the weekly staff scheduling in coordination with staffing and clinic resources.
  • Assist to verify insurance benefits and ensure proper authorization is maintained
  • Communicate effectively with persons served or their families via phone calls or emails to provide appointment details
  • Obtain any requested medical documentation for persons served.
