Redwire Space, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to support enterprise aerospace, defense, and space programs through development, integration, assessment, and continuous improvement of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
As Redwire continues to grow, successful execution of complex programs and strategic initiatives requires strong planning, scheduling, and program controls capabilities across the enterprise. We are seeking experienced scheduling professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about improving program performance through disciplined planning and execution.
About the Role:
The Sr. Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst serves as a corporate planning and scheduling resource supporting multiple business units, programs, proposal efforts, and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner closely with Program Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Controls, and Executive Leadership to establish executable schedules, improve schedule performance, identify risks, and strengthen program execution.
This position plays a critical role in advancing Redwire's program management maturity, schedule governance, and planning standards across the organization.

Salary Range: $125K - $170,000K
