Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in an upscale senior living community. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents by maintaining apartments and shared community spaces. Responsibilities Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and other assigned spaces Ensure a safe, sanitary, and organized environment throughout the community Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful service to residents and guests Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed Keep cleaning equipment in proper working condition Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning products, materials, and equipment Compassionate, resident-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service Ability to work effectively with seniors and within a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening Join our team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our senior residents every day.
