Job Responsibilities
- Supports Revenue Cycle strategic plan for technology enablement
- Demonstrates working knowledge and application of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, PDCA, DMAIC, root cause analysis, waste identification, and standard work.
- Leads process assessments using operational data and workflow analysis to identify root causes, inefficiencies, variation, manual work, and technology opportunities.
- Supports Revenue Cycle governance and work queue governance
- Supports the development of Revenue Cycle AI and Technology roadmap and support the operationalizing AI and Automation Initiatives
- Designs standardized futurestate workflows and standardized procedures across Revenue Cycle to enhance efficiency, data quality, and control effectiveness within defined areas.
- Leads change management and adoption activities for process and technology implementations, partnering with training teams and operational leaders to coordinate training, communications, readiness, and post-implementation feedback.
- Assists with Internal Audit and compliance activities by supporting issue remediation and strengthening process controls.
- Tracks and analyzes process performance metrics; communicates results and identifies opportunities for incremental improvement.
- Serves as a resource to Analysts and operational stakeholders on process optimization, technology implementation, and structured problem solving.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
- Experience - 4 years of experience in accoutning, revenue cycle operations, process improvement, information technology, or financial systems.
- Education - Bachelor's degree; or Associate degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement
