Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a strategic driver of talent, leading full-cycle recruiting and shaping how we attract, engage, and hire great people. Partnering closely with leaders and Talent and Workforce Planning, this role blends strategy and execution to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes while creating an exceptional experience for every candidate and stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer acceptance, delivering a seamless and high-quality hiring process
  • Build creative, targeted sourcing strategies that connect with diverse, hard-to-reach talent
  • Drive multiple searches forward with urgency, focus, and a commitment to great hiring outcomes

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a true thought partner to hiring managers, advising on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring decisions
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships that enable you to influence, challenge, and elevate hiring outcomes
  • Bring clarity and momentum to the process by setting expectations and driving accountability

Candidate Experience

  • Champion an engaging, transparent, and human-centered candidate experience from first touch to final decision
  • Create meaningful interactions that leave candidates excited about the opportunity-regardless of outcome
  • Ensure every step of the process feels organized, responsive, and well-managed

Offers & Closing

  • Lead offers with confidence-aligning candidate motivations with business needs to land the right hires
  • Navigate negotiations thoughtfully to create win-win outcomes
  • Partner with Talent and Workforce Planning to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding

Process & Collaboration

  • Continuously elevate recruiting practices to make hiring faster, smarter, and more effective
  • Use data and insights to spot trends, solve problems, and improve results
  • Collaborate across Talent and Workforce Planning and external partners to deliver against evolving business needs while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across functions and levels
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience with ATS/recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60k-$70k . Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
