Program Analyst I

This position requires an active Secret with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

The Program Analyst I is responsible for resource allocation; technical oversight in either physical or technical security programs; high-level technical expertise; and participation in briefings and meetings. Frequently provide subject matter or functional area expertise in performing technical tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst I: $80,000 -$90,000

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Program Analyst I Responsibilities Include:

* Perform program support work such as the collection, compilation, research and tracking of data to produce various administrative reports

* Maintain files in accordance with applicable schedules and regulations

* Assist Oversee all aspects of the operating program and make recommendations to improve or modify methods for disseminating information to intended audiences

* Maintain travel documentation and tracker

* Office administrative and operations duties as tasked

* On-boarding new personnel

* Staff support

* Assist with taking notes for meetings as needed.

* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Program Analyst I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Three (3) to five (5) years' experience serving as an analyst in planning, developing, coordinating, and conducting analyses for overall operational efficiencies/inefficiencies, program-related trends, effectiveness in achieving planned goals, objectives, and milestones, and effective budgetary/resource utilization.

* Experience identifying complex cross cutting areas of program requirements and needs to address significant organizational concerns.

* Experience providing advice and preparing and presenting controversial reports on the program's status to senior management officials.

* Experience applying various laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources.

* Experience conducting detailed analyses of functions and work processes and presenting recommendations for improvements and corrective action.

* Must be a US citizen.

* Possess or be able to obtain/maintain at minimum a SECRET clearance.

* Must be proficient in current Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint programs.

* Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
