Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking an aspiring Electrical Controls Engineer to join our Capital Projects & Engineering, Machine Controls team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is designed for students graduating in Spring 2027. In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge to help develop and deliver large capital projects, obsolescence upgrades, and safety risk reduction initiatives across many of our largest manufacturing facilities. Our engineers are empowered to challenge the status quo, solve complex problems, and create long-term value. Our Team The Georgia-Pacific Projects and Engineering Team consists of about 400 individuals across the United States. We are engineers, project managers, subject matter experts, and designers working with our 130 manufacturing facilities to achieve one team, one vision, one result. The Machine Controls team focuses on integrating electrical, discrete controls, automation, safety, and data. We partner to develop, design, and implement projects, technology platforms, and electrical and controls engineering solutions that enable GP Manufacturing to be the best. What You Will Do
