Facilities Assistant

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:

• Responds and follows up appropriately to reports of facilities service request via integrated facilities management system.

• Ensures orderliness in "common" areas including reception, conference rooms, pantries, kitchens, cafe, and restrooms.

• Performs daily inspection of the facility including exterior areas, as applicable.

• Maintains pantries, kitchens, coffee stations and lunch areas and ensures appropriate stock of dishes and utensils are available.

• Monitors, organizes, and restocks inventory of miscellaneous consumables, office supplies, printer/copy areas and restroom supplies.

• Sets up and resets conference rooms, and cafe for meetings, receptions, and special events; assists with external setups/resets as needed.

• Assists with updating facility related spreadsheets and databases as needed.

• Assists with document management as outlined in firm's retention policy.

• Performs basic operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of office machinery.

• Completes production requests including copying/assembling binders and documents.

• Communicates issues to ensure deadlines are met.

• Sorts, logs, and distributes mail and packages.

• Assists with office moves and prepares workstations for new employees.

• Assists with assembling and moving office furniture as needed.

• Assists with collection of office recycling and the shredding program.

• Runs errands, handles pick-ups and deliveries, and courier case documents as needed while ensuring confidentiality of materials.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $49,700 - $56,900

• Annual Performance Bonus: This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target of 5%.
