Summary:

As a member of the Treasury group, this position will play a vital coordinating and support role for the organization's purchase card and expense program. The Purchase Card Coordinator will serve as the liaison between purchasing card holders and the issuing banks, facilitate the resolution of technical issues, assist in administering expense audits, and ensure compliance with relevant corporate policies and procedures. This position supports the accurate and timely expense reporting process and plays an important part in day-to-day program operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate company-wide purchase card activities to help assure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Assist with the purchase card issuance and termination process
  • Support resolution of technical and operational concerns between the bank and cardholders as needed
  • Perform routine cardholder account maintenance, including processing changes to MCC restrictions or account limits as directed, and reporting
  • Assist with transaction audits and policy compliance reviews, including identifying exceptions and supporting subsequent communication
  • Contribute ideas and observations to support process improvements and efficient use of program resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in purchasing card administration required
  • Familiarity with banking platforms, SAP and Concur is desirable
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office products (Excel in particular)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive and eager to learn
