Office Manager, Radio Traffic and Continuity San Francisco Classical California, a public service of the University of Southern California, seeks a meticulous, highly organized and service-oriented professional to serve as Office Manager, Radio Traffic and Continuity. Working behind the scenes, this position helps ensure underwriting and promotional messages reach listeners accurately and on schedule while supporting the systems and processes connected to more than $2 million in annual underwriting revenue. About the Department: Classical California, is a listener-supported nonprofit classical public radio and audio organization. America's largest and most listened-to public media organization for classical music, Classical California draws upon the state's heritage of entertainment and innovation to create musical experiences that push beyond convention. With broadcast studios in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we exist to make everyday life more harmonious. In our vibrant San Francisco studio, you will join a close-knit, long-tenured team that cares deeply about our listeners, clients, donors, colleagues and the arts community. Position Overview: In this role, you will manage the detailed flow of orders, audio assets, traffic logs, reporting and invoicing support while also helping the San Francisco office run smoothly. Much of the work is independent and detail-focused, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving a complex puzzle, takes pride in getting every detail right and responds promptly and thoughtfully to colleagues and listeners. This position is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid schedule with three days on-site each week. Key Responsibilities:

The budgeted salary range for this position is $97,000 - $115,000.
