Description
LCOR is currently seeking a Maintenance Helper to join our team in Alexandria, VA. The Maintenance Helper Engineer is responsible to report to his assigned supervisor each working day for work assignments The Maintenance Helper Engineer is expected to assist the Mechanic Engineer and other staff members in the completion of assigned duties. The Maintenance Helper Engineer must also demonstrate optimal or a high level of customer service when communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, vendors and owners. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience with comparable equipment and operations preferred. Position requires weekend work and 24/7 on-call duties. High school graduate or GED is required. Basic experience with computers (Word and Excel), Internet and email, and other relevant applications is preferred.
