Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician (AOI)

4B (Monday-Thursday)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for KohYoung and Saki Automated Optical Inspection of SMT components, Inline Vitrox and Dage X Ray systems, KohYound Neptune Conformal Coating inspection and Keyence inspection equipment. Responsible for set-up, maintenance, adjustment and repair of equipment. Monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. May be responsible for quality assurance and documentation. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works well with others and. Is a self starter and able to work without constant instruction. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Nature of Duties

Strong working knowledge of KohYoung, Saki, Vitrox, Dage and Keyence equipment or other related experience

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs.

Has good troubleshooting and problem solving skills with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic problems.

Required to be self-sufficient and resolve issues without assistance.

Ability to interface professionally and effectively with peers, operators and managers

Must be a team player.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Preferred working knowledge of Siemens and Fuji SMT machines and KohYoung and Saki AOI or other related experience.

Education/Experience

2 year Technical Degree preferred but notrequired if experienced in related field.

2-4 years Technicianexperience
