Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager Federal Construction & Environmental Programs Advance Your Contracts Career with an Employee-Owned Industry Leader ECC is seeking aSenior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager to support and help lead the administration of complex federal construction, environmental remediation, and international development contracts. The level of the position will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, leadership capabilities, and depth of federal contracting expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity for an accomplished federal contracts professional to expand their influence across some of the industry's most challenging projects while developing the leadership skills needed for future advancement. Whether you are a senior-level contract administrator ready to broaden your responsibilities or an experienced contracts manager seeking greater strategic impact, ECC provides a clear path for professional growth. Working closely with project teams, executive leadership, government contracting officials, and subcontractors, you will play a critical role in ensuring contractual compliance, managing risk, supporting project execution, and strengthening contract administration practices throughout the organization. Administer non-FAR related contract including OTAs and other non-traditional Government contracts.

For U.S.-based roles, ECC's target salary range is $130,000 to $180,000 annually.
