Job Summary The Director, Technical Design provides strategic leadership and oversight for Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), technical design standards, resiliency planning, sustainability initiatives, and design quality across Johns Hopkins Health System and the School of Medicine. The Director leads the development and governance of building and infrastructure design standards, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and directs technical design quality for capital projects. In partnership with Planning & Design and Engineering Operations leadership, the Director advances enterprise sustainability and resiliency strategies and collaborates across planning, design, engineering, operations, and project delivery teams to support organizational goals. Salary Range: Minimum $/visit - Maximum $/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
