Admission Office Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions Recruitment Counselor to join our admissions team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Admission, the Admissions Recruitment Counselor will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling a talented pool of prospective students. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for higher education, and the ability to connect with and inspire students throughout the admission process. The Recruitment Counselor is a member of the undergraduate admission team and is expected to work collaboratively and strategically within and outside of the Admission Office to meet the University's enrollment goals. Responsibilities: Student Recruitment and Outreach: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage prospective students. Application and Admission Process: Review and evaluate applications for admission, including transcripts, test scores, and personal statements. Student Support and Guidance: Serve as a primary point of contact for admitted students, providing guidance and support throughout the enrollment process. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, application status, and recruitment activities in the admissions database. Shift
40 hours/week, Monday thru Friday, evening hours and weekend hours will vary. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of relevant admissions, recruitment, student services, enrollment management, or related experience. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
$53,976.00 - $69,576.00 Grade: GGS- 9E Application Materials
