Description
Be the clinical leader behind exceptional care. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor oversees nursing services across residential programs, supports and coaches' staff, ensures compliance with healthcare standards, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and positively impact the lives of individuals in a community-based setting. This role does require program visits statewide and travel requirements are approximately 50% of the time
Pay:

  • $40.86/hour

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

  • Active RN license in Minnesota

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience

  • Knowledge of 245D regulations and person-centered care principles

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

  • CPR certification and familiarity with EMR systems

  • Experience in older adults, individuals with identified needs, and / or mental health preferred

  • Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards

  • Ability to lead in fast-paced, changing environments
