Job Description Summary: The AVP, National Distribution Partners role is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise growth through the development and management of strategic national distribution partnerships. This position leads business development initiatives, expands market opportunities, and executes distribution strategies that support profitable growth across all product lines. The role is accountable for cultivating, developing, and maintaining executive-level relationships with key national distribution partners, including agencies, brokers, affinity organizations, and other strategic alliances. Working collaboratively across the organization, the AVP identifies and capitalizes large-scale growth opportunities, negotiates and manages partnership agreements, and ensures alignment between partner objectives and corporate priorities. Success in this role requires a strong combination of strategic leadership, relationship management, and sales execution to maximize national distribution performance, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth. This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours. Key Responsibilities:

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
