The CISO & MSR Business and Financial Operations team enables strategic workforce planning, headcount governance, financial operations, business insights, and operational excellence across Microsoft's security and research organizations. We are looking to hire a Business Program Manager to join our team! The Business Program Manager will drive complex cross-functional programs focused on budget execution, supplier contracting, operational efficiency, business rhythms, process improvement, and executive decision support. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic operator who can translate data into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, improve operational effectiveness, and lead initiatives that help the organization meet its people, financial, and business objectives. The role will partner closely with Finance, legal, procurement, Business Managers, Chiefs of Staff, and Security and Research leadership teams. Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
