IT Business Analyst - Kapco Grafton, WI

A professional technical support role responsible for supporting business operations by administering key systems, resolving user issues, and managing systems improvement projects. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication and project management skills to ensure systems run efficiently and align with business needs. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the analyst drives process improvements, supports daily operations, and ensures timely delivery of technology solutions that enhance organizational performance. This is an exempt position.

Responsibilities:



  • System Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain assigned systems to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and data integrity.
  • End-User Support: Provide functional support in area of expertise, ensuring timely ticket resolution and implementation of workarounds when necessary.
  • Project Management: Manage system enhancement and implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution design and testing, and timeline management.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with software and support vendors, working with them on support cases, implementing new features, and proper use of products.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain clear and organized system documentation, including change logs, common fixes to incidents, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and vendors to define needs, resolve issues, and document solutions.
