Come Together at Kapco Video Maintenance Engineer - Kapco Grafton, WI The Maintenance Engineer is a skilled, technical position that requires a significant understanding of stamping and fabrication equipment (lasers, brakes, welding) and systems utilized within production. Position requires advanced knowledge of machine repair and strong project management skills. Must have excellent communication, organizational, equipment operating, and analytical skills with the ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision. Experience balancing completion of projects within timelines against competing priorities necessary. Experience mentoring a team in an industrial environment preferred. A degree in engineering or a similar discipline or 10+ of advanced industry desired. Requires the use of measuring and testing equipment, reading and interpreting schematics, documentation, and maintenance specifications. Must have excellent writing, math, computer-operating, and analytical skills with the ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision. Responsibilities:
