TSC is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator II to support our growing organization.

The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure an efficient, positive hiring experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and hiring procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing activities, job postings, and recruitment events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources experience required.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience coordinating virtual and in-person interviews.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus but not required.

In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $58,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and may include equity or incentive compensation as part of the total rewards package.
