Manager Business Analysis
Overview Manages a team that analyzes business needs and supports related projects. Leads continuous improvement of systems and documentation impacting operations. Collaborates with stakeholders and development teams to assess user needs and requirements, identify risks, and drive process improvements aligned with business strategy. Defines scope and objectives for planning, needs analysis, and risk assessments, providing recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field from an accredited college or university and ten (10) or more years of experience in business analysis, working with developers, project and release managers; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification, Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, or Six Sigma certification preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds).
