| Max Bill Rate $26.00ScheduleSunday - Thursday 5p - 0130a plus 2 hours OT if available The Sanitation Associate I is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and facility environment. This role supports daily sanitation to ensure company standards for cleanliness and workplace safety are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the warehouse and facility.Sweep floors, collect and dispose of trash, and maintain orderly work areas.Wipe down surfaces, equipment, and common areas using approved cleaning products.Complete warehouse cleanup tasks as assigned.Operate a baler and/or compactor for waste management purposes.Assist with maintaining facility cleanliness in accordance with company standards.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Qualifications0-3 years of sanitation, custodial, warehouse, or related experience preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Reliable attendance and punctuality required.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.Additional InformationEmployees will use standard cleaning supplies only; no mixing or handling of hazardous or caustic chemicals is required.No operation of powered industrial equipment is required for this position.Responsibilities are focused on facility sanitation, housekeeping, and general warehouse cleanliness.
