Supply Administration Specialist (8674)

DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a qualified Supply Administration Specialist in support of Class II Support Division, FST Branch

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Maintain and prepare necessary accounting and supply documents, custody records, purchase requests, perform reconciliations using AIS such as:
  
  
  
  • GCSS-MC
  • Enterprise Management System (EMS)
  • Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS)
  
  
  
  
• Submit RFIs to government, vendors and other organizations for price quotes and other services required.
• Write and submit Procurement Requests, Transportation Requests and Support Requests for PE and customer.
• Answer phone and respond to email and verbal requests for support.
• Update cost information, request status and other performance information accordingly to multiple digital and physical platforms.
• Work face to face with customers coming into the office to drop off and pick up equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• The knowledge and skills required for daily tasks of the Supply Administration Specialist will come from the appropriate Marine Corps Training and Readiness Manual.
• Extensive MS Office Suite and TEAMS skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to track and monitor 30+ tasks simultaneously.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• 4 years of Supply Administration Support experience desired
• Marine Corp background desired
• 3 years of experience for the applicable Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)/occupational field trade for which they are designated.
