About the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy professional to join our Global Sales Planning team. This role sits at the center of a complex, cross-functional organization and is responsible for transforming data, forecasts, and inputs from multiple teams into clear, actionable business insights.

This is not a traditional forecasting or allocation role. Instead, this position focuses on aggregating plans, aligning stakeholders, and delivering executive-ready storytelling that drives strategic decisions across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of executive-ready business narratives by synthesizing data from sales, finance, and planning teams
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews, including building decks and presenting insights to leadership
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across global and regional partners to ensure a consistent view of business performance
  • Analyze and validate data, identify inconsistencies, and partner with stakeholders to resolve gaps
  • Coordinate and manage planning cycles, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, risks, and opportunities for non-technical audiences
  • Facilitate collaboration across a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in planning, merchandising, sales planning, or business analytics
  • Proven ability to turn data into a compelling story for business and executive audiences
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups; able to work with large datasets)
  • Strong experience building PowerPoint presentations / executive decks
  • Experience supporting or leading business reviews or planning cycles
  • Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive workstreams forward independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in retail, consumer goods, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs (sales, sell-through, inventory, bookings)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Exposure to AI tools or automated analytics workflows
  • Experience working with global and regional teams
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience engaging with senior leadership

What Success Looks Like

  • You bring clarity to complexity, turning fragmented data into a clear, aligned business story
  • You build trust across teams by ensuring data accuracy and alignment
  • You influence decision-making through insightful, well-structured presentations
  • You keep multiple workstreams on track and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines

Why Join

This is a high-impact role where you'll operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and leadership communication. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, work across global teams, and play a key role in shaping how the business understands and acts on performance.
