Role Overview:

The Systems Support Specialist serves as a frontline support resource for Visterra Landscape Group's business management platform. Reporting to the Senior Systems Integration Specialist, this role provides day-to-day support to users across the organization, assists with data management activities, and helps maintain the accuracy and functionality of core business systems.

This position works closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and branch personnel to resolve system issues, support users, maintain data integrity, and contribute to a positive user experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn business systems and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for business system support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to system functionality, workflows, and data.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Assist with user account setup, maintenance, and access requests.
  • Support data cleanup, validation, and ongoing data integrity initiatives.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and routine system maintenance activities.
  • Create and maintain user guides, job aids, and support documentation.
  • Monitor and track support requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist with testing system updates and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance to users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Support training efforts by answering user questions and reinforcing established processes.
  • Assist senior team members with special projects and implementation activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, administrative support, operations support, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aspire experience - Preferred
