Responsibilities The Peraton HR Team is seeking a solution-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Corporate Functions. This is an individual contributor role for an HR professional who is building expertise in the field and is ready to operate with autonomy, influence, and strategic impact. The ideal candidate is a team player who brings conceptual and practical HR knowledge, a curious mindset and a consultative approach to their work. This role is best suited for someone who understands how HR integrates across the broader organization and can become a trusted, consultative partner to leaders across Corporate Functions. Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned Corporate Functions client groups, providing strategic and operational HR support across talent management, performance management, employee relations, and engagement

Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
