Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Six months to one year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and production documents
• Basic math skills including measuring, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
• Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures
• Intermediate computer skills for entering production data and reports
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Set up machines accurately using proper setup techniques
• Identify and report non-conforming or defective materials
• Feed materials into machines and monitor production operations
• Stack, bundle, wrap, and palletize finished products for transfer
• Monitor sheet quality and machine performance throughout production
• Ensure finished products are properly stacked, wrapped, and transferred to conveyors
• Complete production reports and enter data into computer systems
• Provide operator coverage when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cross-train on additional production equipment and assist with other assigned duties

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
