Requirements At least five years of HVAC and commercial maintenance experience EPA Universal Certification required Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial HVAC systems Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building-maintenance practices Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to travel locally between commercial properties Job Duties Maintain and repair commercial package and split HVAC units Diagnose compressors, motors, boilers, and refrigerant systems Troubleshoot electrical components and airflow issues Perform preventive maintenance Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility repairs Read and complete work orders Document service activities using tablets and mobile technology Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards Communicate with customers and internal teams Travel between assigned commercial properties Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
