Responsibilities include but are not limited to: R&D Process Optimization & Transformation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to R&D leadership (Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, Medical Affairs) on technology process improvement, digital enablement and AI.
- Lead end-to-end technology process assessments and redesign initiatives across: Clinical, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Quality and Medical Affairs
- Identify inefficiencies and implement standardized, scalable, and compliant technology process models.

- Translate business requirements into AI solution roadmaps, working closely with data science, data engineering, and IT teams to scope and deliver solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives - from ideation and proof-of-concept through pilot, scale-up, and production deployment.
- Ensure AI solutions are designed with usability, scalability, and business adoption in mind, not just technical feasibility.
Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in technology or digital transformation roles, with at least 2-3 years focused on AI solution delivery or enablement is required
